I recently became certified to deliver enVision.360®.  It is an amazing tool.  The power of this tool began with designing the appropriate competencies and questions for my client.  The options and support from enVision Performance Solutions made this process very efficient.  The feedback report format made it easy for the client to understand some of the most valuable information he will ever learn about himself, and even easier for me to conduct the feedback session.  The part of this report that sets it head and shoulders above other 360 assessments is the inclusion of feedback on derailers.  I can’t think of a better way to reveal to a client a set of character-based behaviors so important that, if not given appropriate attention, can have a devastating impact on a person’s leadership effectiveness and career.  Great tool!
