Gail is a highly skilled and experienced consultant who helps leaders get results. She focuses on both individual and organization-wide interventions, including design and implementation of selection and succession management processes, competency modeling, assessment and feedback, and executive coaching. She has helped organizations in retail, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, government and telecommunications since 1992. Before entering consulting, she spent ten years in both field and headquarters-level operations, human resources, and training positions with a division of PepsiCo.
Her PhD is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia, with a dissertation focusing on 360˚ feedback systems. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia, an M.B.A. from the University of Louisville, and a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Georgia.
